STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS

PACKAGES €1200 - €1600

Recommended for those who want regular in person attention & a faster pace of progress. You may be recovering from an injury, an operation, be postpartum or just want to raise your baseline level of health at a more intense pace.

What’s included?

  • Multiple in person strength training sessions (depending on packages bought) every month with fitness programs tailored to your fitness goals and correction of you body’s alignment imbalances.

  • ‘Deep Core’ Breathwork and pelvic floor essentials training.

  • Nutrition essentials deep dives - learn about portion control, protein, sugar management.

  • Weekly online progress checks.

  • Homework based on your fitness goals.

  • Recovery recommendations to promote healing in between training.

  • Monthly progress tracking of vital statistics using my ‘InBody’ machine, understand your % body fat, muscle mass, water weight and other valuable metrics (for clients in Berlin).

(ONLINE ONLY)

MONTHLY MEMBER

€250 per month

Recommended for those without injuries who are independent in the gym.

Includes a monthly training session, access to my training app & a 1:1 online check in to help keep you accountable and supported throughout the month.

  • 1x fitness program (updated monthly) tailored to your fitness goals so that you can train independently.

  • 1x 45min online progress check monthly.

  • Homework based on your fitness goals.

  • Monthly progress tracking of vital statistics using my ‘InBody’ machine, understand your % body fat, muscle mass, water weight and other valuable metrics (for clients in Berlin).

One-off sessions (in person and online).

Strength Training (in person and online).

Who is it for? All women! I will compose an exercise plan that is perfectly tailored to your needs, lifestyle and hormonal fluctuations. You may be recovering from childbirth, trying to lose weight, going through menopause or just want to be stronger and more resilient. For Berlin based clients, I can train you in person and work you to your max! I will ensure your training is safe, effective and keep you motivated. You will leave feeling energised and strong.

How often should I train? Target 2-3 training sessions a week. However, I always recommend starting with whatever you can stick to consistently based on your lifestyle, so if that is 1 session a week and building up slowly, then you do you!

What do you charge? You can see my packages at a variety of prices points or if you’d like a taste of how I work before committing; I charge €80 for a 1hr session in person which includes pelvic floor intro, a short workout and a nutrition consult.

Nutritional Advice (online)

What will I learn? Learn about macro-nutrients, sugar control and deficiencies that women often face in their diets. I can answer your burning questions and assess your current eating habits then offer practical advice for making improvements that you can stick to.

What do you charge? €80 for 1hr (reduced rates for longer term packages).
